How it works

1. You send your request. Fill out the form below. Your order number and email are enough for us to identify your case.
2. We respond within 24 to 48 hours. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, your return is accepted as of right: we will simply get back to you with the procedure to follow. For a defective product or an order error, our after-sales service will review your case and inform you of the chosen solution.
3. You receive your return label. We will send you a prepaid label to facilitate the return. Its cost will be deducted from the refund, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, where the return will be fully at our expense. You can also send the package back using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense.
4. We refund you. Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, the refund will be made to your original payment method, within 14 days of your request at the latest.
